Just upgrade from 1.3 LTS to 1.5-rolling-202408300023 on XCP-ng 8.2 with latest patches.
The sg offload setting seems fixed the drop packet issue.

Showing all logs for interface might print more information than it's needed. Maybe a different approach:

Have you tried running the lcdproc client just for load average? It is just text. Maybe the more complex displays involving histograms, etc. are not working quite right.
