I use that config for accept blank service names on server pppoe
[pppoe]
vendor=Mikrotik
accept-blank-service=1
#accept-any-service=1
some other ptp uses any service name for organize the topology, link doc https://docs.accel-ppp.org/configuration/pppoe.html

accept-blank-service is not in the documentation, but there are several things that are not in the accel-ppp documentation that are very important and only those who check the source code can find many things
