Reopen PR with the minimal set of commands to reproduce if you configure log rotation, and something does not work.

Viacheslav closed T9378: `load` silently drops unknown/invalid configuration nodes (no error, service keeps running) as Wontfix.
It is on user to set correct configuration and format. It is not recommended but possible to edit the file.
