This is not a bug (yet), as we have not yet required that the xml_ref and reference tree cache exclude 3 paths which are manually removed from the template dir in the Makefile (due to an incompatibility, resp. FRR bug). However, as we are replacing some incidental utils that read the template dir paths, we will need to ensure this consistency. We will add an argument to the generate_cache.py script called in the Makefile, to maintain visibility of the removed paths as compared to the template dir.
