Enable '-k' behaviour for keeping objects of kernel builds by default
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

When developer/maintainers need to build the kernel we nearly always need to keep kernel intermediate objects for quickly rebuilding components dependent on the kernel config/objects etc.

We should make build.py -k the new default and instead use an alternative argument for use by CI and release builds.
