One thing that's jumping out to me as a bit questionable here is the usage of the name "external-list". All the other group types end with "-group", so having one end with "-list" would be tad bit inconsistent.

There is another approach to improve the config-sync: a "replace" option
About config-sync: maybe add option to exclude some patterns from config sync?
This actually causes Kernel Panics during boot, so lets remove this option again.

libdhcp_ddns_tuning.so is available as a premium hook library from ISC

Moin,
i currently bit on this in 1.4.0; The issue is that, ideally LE reissuance should be automated in the background. One can, of course, add a ca statement. However, that statement is single-valued, i.e., if a reissuance due to the cycling of intermediates (see: https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/) ends up with another intermediate, configuration breaks.
Imho, this should be reflected in the documentation, at least; Ideally with an example for how to import the most recent ACME intermediates.
This PR missed another location to add --no-healthcheck.
Hi, I’d be happy to take this on.
