There is a functionality

set service dhcp-server hostfile-update

But it allows use resolving only by VyOS.
It will be great to add functionality to allow clients from a local network which use VyOS as DNS to resolve receiving names by DHCP.
It can be something similar to https://kea.readthedocs.io/en/latest/arm/ddns.html#the-dhcp-ddns-server
