Description

Support Linux Container like LXC, runc and Docker to use containerized network functions.

@higebu not much there
not really easy to use vyos in containers
however, we can deliver via containers - apps that can be integrated with cli

  • gui
  • dns/dhcp (for IPAM)
  • proxy servers
  • monitoring proxies and agent relays

most of them not feasible to integrate into base image, still you may want any of them or combination

Running Docker on 1.3 rolling works, but there is no integration with the docker bridge interfaces and docker iptables rules obviously.
My goal was to run Traefik and Pihole and it works so far.
