To be noted that "Logical interface" (like dummy), and physical interfaces, do work. However, virtual interfaces (vif) don't.

I'm working on this and will submit a vyos-1x PR against current. Planned CLI: set system frr watchfrr-timeout <seconds>, rendering watchfrr_options="--timeout=<seconds>" in /etc/frr/daemons.
