Apr 19 22:08:12 vyos-configd[15115]: sysctl: cannot stat /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/10/seg6_enabled: No such file or directory
Apr 19 22:08:12 vyos-configd[15117]: sysctl: cannot stat /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/eth0/201/seg6_enabled: No such file or directory

Interface names can contain a dot that conflicts with sysctl's dot-as-separator convention. Pass VLAN interface with / as seperator which is properly converted by sysctl.
