Upgrade from 1.2.6-S1 using the following config will trigger this error:

set protocols rpki cache rtr.rpki.cloudflare.com address 'rtr.rpki.cloudflare.com'
set protocols rpki cache rtr.rpki.cloudflare.com port '8282'
