XML: override 'defaultValue' for mtu of certain interfaces; remove workarounds

Description

The need to override the default mtu value for certain interfaces led to a workaround pattern in several conf_mode scripts. After T2910, the revised value may be set in the interface definition, and the workaround removed. The list of components whose interface-definitions/conf_mode scripts are affected:

interfaces-l2tpv3
interfaces-macsec
interfaces-pppoe
interfaces-tunnel
interfaces-vxlan
interfaces-wireguard
