added next commands for ipv6 configuration

set vpn l2tp remote-access dnsv6-servers 
set vpn l2tp remote-access client-ipv6-pool prefix 
set vpn l2tp remote-access client-ipv6-pool delegate-prefix

and also added additional view information about ipv6 and ipv6 delegated prefix
