Add a modification of the script used in https://vyos.dev/T8467 to the build of interface-definitions. This script will detect multiple XML blocks at a path containing non-trivial properties data; such cases can obscure completion information, as outlined in T8467. The script will need to be modified to rule out false positives due to simple redundancy of blocks.
