This PR has conflicts. Conflicts are detected and label is added, but later GH actions remove the label but conflicts still exists.
This is pretty annoying. I would like to trust the conflicts label in order to process pending PRs - either to merge them or - resolve the conflicts by listing all candidates and then walk through one by one
