Currently, it is possible to merge and load configs, provided they are in a parsable format.
The ability to load/merge from set commands would be useful. At times, the only backup config someone might have is in set commands, and not in a properly structured config that load/merge can parse.

Since the load/merge config utility will have a revision under the ongoing work on vyconf (e.g., https://vyos.dev/T7321), this is a timely reminder to build in that functionality.
Since there is already a task for this, do you want me to go ahead and close this one? Or keep it up as a reminder for work that still needs to be done?
