Description

Steps:

move the mirror workflow from git-actions to to current. Note: do the change in public and make this mirrored to private. (For vyos-1x and vyos-build)
Update vyos/.github repo trigger mirror workflow to invoke workflow in current branch instead of git-actions
Remove git-actions from private (For vyos-1x and vyos-build)
