We have a selection of VM guest agents in the generic flavor we use for rolling release builds. That creates a potential for interesting package conflicts. Now that it's trivial to build and, most importantly, maintain custom builds, everyone can easily build their own rolling release image for their virtual platform of choice, so we don't need the kitchen sink approach anymore and can keep that image to the bare minimum.
