DHCPv6 client address causes long commits

Description

To reproduce needs to get a real IPv6 address by DHCP:

set interfaces ethernet eth1 address 'dhcp'
set interfaces ethernet eth1 address dhcpv6 
set interfaces ethernet eth1 description 'LAN'
set system name-server 'eth1'

Any manipulation with interfaces affects commit time to 30 sec

It is definately related to wide-dhcp-client as it takes upo to 30 seconds for the process to terminate. Root cause still unknown - but I've seen this lately a lot while debugging PPPoE DHCPv6-PD things.
