Following T4866 and T4885, we may remove the now obsoleted op-mode script show_interfaces.py. There is however one remaining reference in the vyatta-op template 'show/interfaces/node.def', which had been retained over the corresponding definition in vyos-1x (in Makefile). Drop this reference, and remove script.
