Description

The ability to upload scripts scripts via the API would make it possible to fully configure VRRP via the API, even when health/transition scripts are needed

Upload/Download/Delete functionality might be extended to a generic "file" instead of scripts.

It would be important to allow setting the permissions so a script can be marked as executable.
