reports several instances of a UnicodeDecodeError causing a restart of vyos-configd. Interestingly, the unrelated reports show the error as being for byte 0xf1 at the same position (127032), despite the different config files, at least one of which has no such position. It is suspected to be a zmq bug, as some unicode related issues have been reported for recent versions, though a root cause has not yet been isolated. Pending discovery of the root cause, the workaround discussed in the forum will be added.
