Cleanup PPPoE server implementation and CLI commands

Description

  • Remove boilerplate code from PPPoE server implementation
  • Remove IPv4/IPv6 name-server nodes from CLI and migrate to common name-server node
  • Cleanup wins-server CLI nodes and remove superfluous server-1/server-2 nodes
  • Migrate RADIUS config to common include
  • Migrate IPv6 prefixes to proper CLI with embeded validators
