PPPoE option "default-route force" not existent in upstream Debian PPP version

Description

The Debian PPP version does not support the default-route force option which renders into replacedefaultroute option for PPP.

This is an addition to the old Vyatta codebase but this can be solved by a custom ip-up script which is required anyways for VRF handling.

Sorry, this is actually invalid as this patch is used in upstream Debian PPP

Still we need to add the default route "manually" by ip-up script for VRF support
