While testing, I encountered an issue with configuration migration in the following scenario: upgrading via add system image from 1.3.8 to Stream 2026.02.
The configuration is expected to be copied at least into a pre-migration.config file /config, but this does not happen.
Additionally, configuration-related files are not migrated either.
