Well, I'm stumped. Just to be sure the radvd developers didn't forget to change the string in the v2.20 version output, I tried manually compiling radvd v2.20 on a test Debian VM:

It's not reproducible in rolling and @Viacheslav and @Andrii say they couldn't identify a commit that fixed it, so the root cause in older FRR is not known yet. We may get back to it in 1.4.4 or later.
OK so @Viacheslav would the maintainers be OK with adding all standard Kea DHCP options to the vyos config interface? That seems like it also could be overwhelming, but maybe it is the best option.

Fixed after CLI was rewritten
dmbaturin removed a project from T75: pmacct-based NetFlow implementation's performance is insufficient for modern networks: VyOS 1.4 Sagitta.
The issue cannot be resolved without replacing the netflow implementation, so I'm removing the task from 1.4.
