The assumption stated in the description is true, as discussed with @c-po at the time. The following invariant is fundamental to the operation of the commit algorithm (legacy and modern) and the config daemons: during a commit, the active and proposed configs are fixed --- no updates during the commit are reflected in any script's config dict, including those called by config dependencies. Evolution of this model will require a refinement of config dependencies, which is not possible until the legacy backend is retired.

Most of them does, however it is a good set of options maintained by FRR comunity for all protocols when run in datacenter, not only timers, example. I would like to try to implement it as adding a command shoud be enough?

I'll rebuild the scenario, design and update the configurations, and I'll bring you updates shortly, including the network design, hardware, and applications.
I can test with a CGNAT of approximately 15,000 clients, with 2,000 ports allocated per client, to test performance, reaching approximately 25G/s of aggregate traffic.
