Hey,
Seems like the monitor bandwidth-test function also needs an update

Server-side (works fine):

vyos@vyos:~$ monitor bandwidth-test accept
------------------------------------------------------------
Server listening on TCP port 5001

------------------------------------------------------------

Client-side (missing arguments):

vyos@vyos:~$ monitor bandwidth-test initiate 10.0.0.2
iperf: option requires an argument -- c

The argument number in the command definition was wrong.
