Description

During rewrite of the VyOS DHCP config (migrate to XML/Python) adding it to vyos-1x package was forgotten.

This resulted in isc-dhcp-server missing in current ISO images.

Problem reported through forum: https://forum.vyos.io/t/nightly-build-lan-dhcp-not-working
