Summary

Upgrade the jool version to v4.1.15

Some improvements and fixes from previous versions:

  • Add support for kernels 6.15-6.18
  • Add support for Linux 6.12, 6.13, 6.14 and RHEL 9.5
  • e8c49da: Allow pool6 with prefix length ≠ 96 on joold
  • 80760bb: Stop the userspace client from killing itself when the kernel module sends an unknown stat
  • #382, #400: Clean up skb->tstamp during translation to prevent dropped packets.

Upgrade should be easy but internally port ranges/maps changed which breaks the smoketests.
