It would be useful to have descriptions for each vlan-to-vni mappings.

Proposed config:
set interfaces vxlan vxlan0 vlan-to-vni 10 description 'L3VPN Cust-A'
set interfaces vxlan vxlan0 vlan-to-vni 20 description 'L2VPN Cust-B'
