IPv6 assigned address using SLAAC is not cleared when SLAAC is deconfigured
Closed, ResolvedPublicBUG

Description

When enabling SLAAC on an interface an IPv6 address is assigned:

set interfaces ethernet eth0 vif 10 ipv6 address autoconf
vyos@vyos:~$ show interfaces
Codes: S - State, L - Link, u - Up, D - Down, A - Admin Down
Interface IP Address MAC VRF MTU S/L Description
----------- -------------------------------------- ----------------- ------- ----- ----- -------------
eth0 - 00:50:56:b3:fa:0e default 1500 u/u
eth0.10 2003:ec:888:999:250:56ff:feb3:fa0e/64 00:50:56:b3:fa:0e default 1500 u/u

Removing the SLAAC configuration from the CLI

vyos@vyos# delete interfaces ethernet eth0 vif 10 ipv6
vyos@vyos# commit

does not clear the IPv6 address from the interface

vyos@vyos:~$ show interfaces
Codes: S - State, L - Link, u - Up, D - Down, A - Admin Down
Interface IP Address MAC VRF MTU S/L Description
