Image build scripts from vyos-build use Python modules from vyos-1x, and right now the URL of the repository with vyos-1x is hardcoded. That is a problem in cases when someone wants to pull those libs from a fork of vyos-1x, for LTS builds that use a private fork or for cases when someone's PR relies on yet unmerged changes.
