Tailscale - in combination with Headscale/Headplane - is a service for automating WireGuard connections.
I would be happy if there could be a tailscale functionality in VyOS!

There was a licensing issue with tailscale - you would need a container to solve this or use headscale instead.

The server code is (unfortunately) proprietary, but the client is open source (and even in F-Droid).
With my FR I meant the client and not the server part, so VyOS can be part of a tailnet.
