Description

I'd like to have a configuration option to enforce that a comment is provided for a commit.

Especially in combination with the configuration archive in git this would allow for better tracing of changes and more visibility of what was changed for what cause.

That's actually an interesting idea to force config commit messages if archive option is set to git
