From reading the documentation, it seems like running the add system image command, you can either pass a URL to the ISO, or a path to it on the local filesystem.
It would be great, if it was possible to mount the ISO in a virtual DVD drive (for when running in a VM, or when using iKVM), and then using it against the /dev/sdX (or /mnt/something, if it has to be mounted first).
