Description

Add tools/submod-mk script to vyos-build repository.
Similar to build-iso submod-mk script can be used to build for cloned submodules the binary packages and include them in the ISO

I have reservations about actually using it though. The whole point of the vyos-1x package is to stop multiplying submodules and consolidate everything instead. ;)
