IPv6 route6 problem

Description

Hi,
according to our tests, it seems to be a problem with route6 handling when blackhole is used together with other static routes, next-hop only or blackhole only routes works correctly.

Please have a look at the forum here where the issue has been reproduced.

At this moment we can't upgrade our routers from 1.3 to 1.4 because of this problem.
