op-mode openvpn should not raise error in case interface is disabled

Description

The op-mode script openvpn.py raises a DataUnavailable error if the status file for an interface is not present. Consequently, if one of several openvpn interfaces is disabled, no interface information will be returned for any. Continue instead of raising error.
