sstp: add support for configuring host-name (SNI)

Description

l2tp implementation already support configuring the host-name option, we should add it for SSTP, too

From Accel-PPP man page https://accel-ppp.org/accel-ppp.conf.html

If this option is given, only sstp connection to specified host and with the same TLS SNI will be allowed.
