Add ethernet Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM), IEEE 802.3ah
OAM provides the ability to monitor the health of a network and quickly determine the point of fault links within the network.

+1 for this to further VyOS use in service provider networks, and hopefully as a foundation for providing Metro Ethernet capabilities.
