Support network and address groups for policy ipv6-route

Description

Support for network and address groups is available for IPv4 protocol routing policies, but not for IPv6.
Desireded CLI syntax:

show policy ipv6-route
 route HTTPREDIRECT-V6 {
     rule 100 {
         set {
             mark 100
         }
         source {
             group {
                 network-group V6-CUSTOMERS
             }
         }
     }
 }
