tuned-adm supports multiple profiles to be used by merging the profiles set, this can be beneficial for some use cases like a virtualized environment can use virtual-guest, we can also not making tuned profile limited to network-latency and network-throughput profile to make use of other combinations in a case like power-saving. This also may beneficial for containers that we support recently with podman with combining virtual-host and network profile
