It is necessary to add VRF support for rsyslog service, to make possible using Syslog server destinations in VRFs other than default one.
This can be done, using another format for logging config: https://www.rsyslog.com/doc/v8-stable/configuration/modules/omfwd.html#device

Enabling this requires a full rewrite of syslog as also the configuration must be altered, see example at https://manpages.debian.org/testing/rsyslog/rsyslog.conf.5.en.html
