FRR: BGP: large-community configuration is not applied properly after upgrading FRR to 7.3.x series

Description

Current implementation of BGP large-communities seems to not work as expected as the generated configuration form the - ancient - CLI definition files is not properly passed down to FRR. Seems this was lost in translation when migrating from Quagga to FRR two years ago.

This task is created as per request from a friend of a friend - sometimes social contacts still work!

Community/large/extend community lists syntax was updated by FRR with "detail" https://phabricator.vyos.net/T2389
