 tunnel tun10 {
     address 192.168.151.214/30
+    disable
     encapsulation gre
     local-ip 1.1.1.1
     mtu 1360
     remote-ip 2.2.2.2
     source-interface pppoe0
 }

vyos@vyos# commit
[ interfaces tunnel tun10 ]
Can not set "state" for tunnel gre tun10 at tunnel creation
