Improve WireGuard CLI "endpoint" on

Description

WireGuard is (to my current knowledge) the only CLI part which has a mixed address:port definition in the current implementation.

I'd rather prefer having a single node for the remote address and another node for the port as it's done in a lot of other places.

This also requires a migration script - but it should be fairly simple.

I agree. Users should be able to change the port independently from the address.
