Description

On boot an error message about "unknown key type rsa1" is printed, generated by ssh-keygen called from rl-system.init in the process of generating host keys.
In fact server suport for v1 protocol was completely removed in openssh 7.4: https://www.openssh.com/txt/release-7.4
Remove all references to ssh v1 in vyos.
