There are two additional issues testing T1122 uncovered:
- It's impossible to use named community-lists
- In FRR, it's impossible to create a set comm-list statement without the "delete" option
The first one is an easy fix. The second has broader implications: some configs will not load anymore. Then again, if no one noticed, that option is probably unpopular enough not to worry.
