Squid log directory missing

Description

When setting up webproxy service I receive the following error when committing the change.

commit

[ service webproxy ]
Can't touch /var/log/squid/blacklist.log: No such file or directory at /opt/vyatta/share/perl5/Vyatta/File.pm line 36.

service webproxy failed
Commit failed

If I make "/var/log/squid" directory I am able to commit with no errors.

Had been resolved already via https://phabricator.vyos.net/T1054 and is available via latest rolling release.
